Gunfield Lodge, Feock (2023)

This project involved a single-story curved extension, replacing an old conservatory. To achieve this, we temporarily propped up the entire corner of the building to safely remove it and install a complex steel structure that supports the existing first floor.

The result is a spacious living area featuring 8 nearly floor-to-ceiling sliding sash windows and a patio door, offering uninterrupted views of the estuary. The clients wanted the extension to match the existing style, and they were thrilled with the final result—so much so that they’ve already booked a second project with us for October 2024.
