Erisey Terrace, Falmouth (2022-23)

This project was one of our most complex extensions, and we’re incredibly proud of the final result.

We integrated the garden staircase and outbuildings into a new extension over the existing patio, creating a stunning dining area that overlooks an open kitchen. The addition of aluminium bi-fold doors enhances the connection to the garden. The structural challenge of incorporating new steels into the kitchen, combined with a flying freehold above, tested our team’s expertise.

Despite numerous on-site challenges, including conflicts between design, building regulations, and party wall acts, we persevered and brought the project to completion. Sometimes things don’t go as planned, but at JB Construction, we never give up.
