This project involved a 70m² single-story extension, which included a structural knock-through to the existing building, resulting in a spacious open-plan kitchen and living area. The room is filled with natural light thanks to two skylights and 9 meters of aluminium bi-fold doors.

The extension also incorporated a utility room and a downstairs bathroom, making use of the existing dining room space. Canadian red cedar cladding on the walls and soffits provided a stunning finish to the extension.

Underfloor heating (UFH) was installed throughout the new extension, with retro-fit boards added to some areas of the existing structure for consistent warmth.
