Hillside, Portreath (2022)

Perched atop the hills of Portreath, the access and positioning of this property presented unique challenges, but the JB Construction team handled them with ease.

We added a single-story flat roof extension, featuring a large modern kitchen, which was seamlessly integrated with the existing structure through a structural knock-through. Additionally, we upgraded the master bedroom by adding an en-suite and a dressing room, creating a more functional and luxurious space.

Despite the logistical difficulties of the site, the result is a stunning, spacious home that perfectly complements its hillside setting.
