We had the pleasure of creating a beautiful holiday cottage in central Newlyn. The project required more work than initially anticipated, involving a complete overhaul of the existing structure.

We essentially built a new house within the original four walls, installing new joists, ceilings, floors, and internal walls. The addition of a two-story extension provided three double bedrooms, one en-suite, and two bathrooms, all while preserving a spacious open-plan living area on the ground floor by removing internal walls.

A key achievement was attaining an EPC rating of C, ensuring the cottage is both stylish and energy-efficient.
