We couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome of this project. By installing a tanking membrane to the existing retaining wall and a cavity drain, we maximized the available space. Structural steels were fitted above the ceiling line to create a seamless flow throughout the living space.

A large roof window brings in an abundance of natural light, and the recessed LED strip around the flat roof window is a standout feature that adds a modern touch.
