This project involved a full refurbishment of a 1990s barn conversion. Key updates included:
Removal of load-bearing walls to create an open-plan living space.
Complete re-plastering throughout.
Full rewire and installation of new electric central heating.
Addition of 2 new bathrooms.
Installation of Woodpecker engineered oak flooring and doors.
The transformation modernised the barn, enhancing both its functionality and aesthetic appeal.
